All of the recordings have been made in the heart of Andalucía, the home of Flamenco

SÓLO COMPÁS is a designed collection so that you can learn how to distinguish the rhythm and the compás of the flamenco's different palos
Specially suitable for the learning or improvement in the guitar and in the dance
The Sólo Compás (Just Rhythms) series of CD's has been designed with students of flamenco in mind
These unique CD's are the perfect study aid for guitarists, dancers and singers alike
Each CD contains rhythms from one or two of the many traditional palos (styles or dance forms) of flamenco
For example, there are CD's dedicated to Bulerías, Soleá, Fandangos, Alegrías, etc.; while others are dedicated to Siguiriyas and Martinetes, Tangos y Rumbas o Garrotín y Tangos de Málaga
Most of the CD's have a full example of the palo, recorded with all of the instruments associated with the particular style, (normally containing guitar, hand clapping, percussion, singing, etc.)
This is then followed by several tracks of uninterrupted rhythm, just the percussion and clapping, sometimes with a basic guitar rhythm too
These rhythm tracks are normally between 12 and 20 minutes each; this gives you plenty of time to practice your dance or instrument along with the CD, you really feel as if you are there, taking part at the flamenco gathering
